Here at Dutton we are looking to recruit a rota co-ordinator in our Leeds office.
This is a varied role but the correct candidate will be expected to:
Liase with clients on a daily basis
Assign shifts to staff based on the availability provided
Various admin duties
Interview new workers
Follow new recruits through the compliance system
And much more.
Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with a talent of building and maintaining professional relationships with many clients. You must also possess good computer skills and have excellent communication skills.
