This role is for 33 hours on Nights* We are seeking a registered nurse who is looking for a more rewarding nursing role, one that offers tailored professional development, great benefits within a supportive environment. We provide high-quality nursing care, including care for those living with dementia.
As a registered nurse you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating personalised care plans with our residents and multi-disciplinary team; you will be the go-to person, leader and mentor for all things clinical in the home. You will also understand how important it is to build strong and positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues alike.
