Recycling Advisor required for our local authority client based in Bath
THE ROLE:
Recycling Advisor to work with the local authority recycling team. You will be required to assist the public with all aspects of recycling and help promote and monitor the recycling for the borough.
The recycling advisor will advise members of the public on all recycling matters, so will have excellent customer service skills in order to be an effective member of the recycling team.
The recycling advisor will help to improve the recycling participation levels in schools and flats throughout the borough. This work will be carried out by visiting the premises, liaising with site staff, supplying the correct containers and providing informative materials to the users.
Key Skills/Requirements:
Good Health and Safety awareness, Customer facing / Customer Support, Interpersonal skills, Good conversational skills, You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve complaints as well as encourage compliance to the service changes in a polite, diplomatic and tactful manner.
