We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer (Public Sector) to join an established recruitment group of companies, with the position based in the Essex area.

THE ROLE:
To assist the lead consultants with sourcing suitable candidates for Local Authority temporary vacancies across the UK. The Recruitment Resoucer will have access to various job boards to identify match and submit CVs to vacancies via an online system. Local authority vacancies can range from a number of sectors such as Housing, Regeneration, Social Care, Construction, Facilities, and IT just to name a few, so the ideal applicant will have the skills to be able to adapt to those roles as they come in.
The position will also require The Recruitment Resoucer to assist with placing adverts, collating compliance documents such as references, arranging interview and start dates, liaising with system account managers to resolve any issues, assist with any temporary worker queries.
KEY SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills (Written/Verbal)
Excellent IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems
Good administration skills
Good organisational Skills
Proactive to each task given
Ability to use own initiative
This is not a sales role but does require someone who would be happy to make numerous calls on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the recruitment industry and move on to becoming a Recruitment Consultant.
Hours of work 08:30hrs 17:30hrs Monday - Friday
