Recruitment/HR Administrator required for our local authority client based in Gloucestershire.

THE ROLE:

This role will be to support our Integrated Children's Services department with the Recruitment of Social Worker.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

Arranging and confirming Interviews with hiring managers, candidates, and agencies

Placing order and raising offers on the system for agency workers.

Compliance checks for agency workers

Raising advert for permanent recruitment

Making offers and pre-employment checks for permanent candidates

Making arrangements for candidates first day

Supporting hiring managers to use the systems.

Candidates must have strong organisational skills and the ability to priorities competing demands. They should be able to work at pace under pressure and provide excellent customer service at all times.



Previous Recruitment/HR experience is essential - ideally in a Recruitment Administration role

CIPD level 3 would be a benefit but not essential.
