Dutton Recruitment are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our ever expanding team for our branch in Romford. We are looking for hungry, ambitious individuals, either at an experienced or inexperienced level to assist with the growth of our highest billing office.
As a recruitment consultant you will be:
* Starting, building & maintaining lasting relationships with new and currnet clients, consulting them on any and all recruitment services they require.
* Building relationships with candidates, both new and old, placing those candidates into both temporary & permanent work.
* Become an expert in your industry, keep up to date with all industry information, any key changes, any news etc. & utilise this within your sales calls/candidate calls.
* Out on visits to clients & candidates alike, in an effort to increase industry relations.
