Dutton Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us as part of our Payroll Team, based at our head office in Sheffield. This is initially a temporary contract with the potential to go permanent.



This role is to support the Payroll Team with all administrative needs. You must be flexible, show good drive and initiative and be able to prioritise and multi-task effectively.



The Role:

* General business administration support
* Liaise across all internal departments to obtain and provide require information
* Filing & scanning
* Process timesheets
* Data entry
* Input invoices/subcontract invoices into system



The Candidate:

* Strong communication skills
* The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Word
* Experience of working with a database
* Keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask



Remuneration:

* Salary £8.50 - £9.00 per hour
* Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30
* Full training and development will be given
* 20 Holidays Plus stats
* Pension Contributions after 3 months
