Dutton Social Care and Nursing are currently working in partnership with an organisation who support adults all over the country with additional support needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, neurological disorders and complex needs. They offer respite, residential, supported living and nursing services across the country and are growing organically and through reputation.
They are currently recruiting for a permanent night nurse to work in their 30 bedded nursing service in Norfolk that supports adults with mental health needs, complex needs, learning and physical disabilities and neurological conditions - split into 3 units. The role is to work either 36 hrs or 42 hours per week on nights, working 12 hour shifts - either 3 shifts per week or 3 shifts one week then 4 the next. Shifts at 7pm-7am.
You will be passionate and willing to learn, hard working and be ready to turn your hand to anything. Full training and induction will be given as will ongoing development and specialist training.
