Dutton Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Night care coordinator/Supervisor/Manage to work for one of our clients based just outside the city centre in Leeds. The role is essentially to oversee the smooth running of the residential units on site and the manage and delegate the team during the night. There are 4 small residential units on one site, and you would be responsible for managing the seniors and care team on duty to ensure all of your residents are cared for and happy. You will ensure that all residents are safe throughout the night, allocating tasks as and when required, ensure the environment is maintained and provide person centred support. You will be responsible for mentoring new staff, conducting supervisions and appraisals to night staff, ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner and that quality checks are completed throughout the night.

To be considered for this role you must have 5 years' experience of working in care, you must have experience of working in a residential home and you must also have management or supervisory experience i.e. senior care assistant, deputy manager, team leader. You will have your Level 3 in health and social care as a minimum and be willing to undertake further training and development. This is a very varied role and will involve a mixture of working on the floor and mentoring and supernumerary hours to complete office duties, paperwork and management tasks.
