Mobile Building Services Electrical Engineer
Hours: 40hrs p/w
Salary: £36,000+ overtime & call out
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in Central London across a number of prestigious multi-use commercial estates. The successful candidate will be given a small portfolio to maintain and carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
Duties
PPM & Reactive Maintenance
Fire alarm test, changing bulbs valves etc.
Some fabric and mechanical assistance as and when
Completing compliance paperwork and job completion forms.
Assisting senior members of staff and attending to Client's needs.
Qualifications: (Candidates must have any of the following qualifications.)
BTEC / HND / HNC / ONC / Degree in an electrical field.
Electrical Apprenticeship
City & Guilds 236 Parts one & two
City & Guilds 2360 Levels one and two
City & Guilds 2367 part 1 & 2368 part 2
City & Guilds 2330 Levels two and three
City & Guilds 2357 Levels two and three
City & Guilds 2365 Levels two and three
Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electro-technical Technology
Any subsequent City & Guilds course used to replace the above.
All overseas qualifications must be accompanied by certificate of NARIC
Key Skills
Must be able to demonstrate effective knowledge and experience with the following.
Statutory & HSE compliance.
Operating electrical, heating & ventilation and public services systems.
Open, Honest and Trustworthy.
Possess a professional attitude and company work wear attire at all times.
Able to produce work of the highest standard and prepared to learn new skills in order to achieve a quality outcome.
Self-Motivated.
Ability to make decisions and use own initiative.
Can-do attitude.
Understand the importance of following policy and procedure.
