We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Contract Manager for an established Design & Building Services Company.

They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their thriving Mechanical Department, to be based on projects throughout the UK.

Offering a wide scope of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, they have a history of successful projects in most market sectors, working mainly with major contractors, and also government and local authority departments.

They carry out installation works for schools, care homes, industrial, residential, hospitals, prisons and MOD, Typical project values are up to GBP2million (Mechanical value).

Duties and Responsibilities:

To deliver installations of all mechanical services from client order from to handover to client and our expectations.

Site surveys.

Procurement of materials and Subcontractor Services Delivery of projects to budget and on time.

Supervising of Employees and Subcontractors

Client liaising including via email, telephone and face to face.

Ensure all aspects of health and safety for each project are delivered.

Provide technical support and advice to employees, Subcontractors and Clients

Produce O+M Manuals.

Provide variation costs to clients.

Management of building services contracts including expanding the business within the current contracts.

The role will be based primarily from the company's Office (Lincolnshire) but will also include travel to projects anywhere throughout the UK.
