Dutton Recruitment are seeking experienced care workers to work in a residential home setting.
We offer shifts flexible around your diary with both days and nights on offer. We can offer full or part time roles as well as temporary to permanent contracts.
6 months experience of working in a residential setting is crucial.
NVQ2/3 would be an advantage but not necessary.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
All aspects of personal care
Accurate documentation
Assisting to feed
Providing company and stimulation
Engaging with service users to better improve communication skills
Liaising with managers, team leaders and family members on a daily basis
A disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required in the event of a position being offered. We accept DBS certificates updated on the online system.
