Our client provides services to NHS Trusts nationally and Private Providers, supplying outpatient and surgical services across multiple clinical specialities. They are looking for a Head of Operations & Staffing. You will be reporting to CEO & Directors.
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven management experience within an Operations or Customer Success team
Outstanding communication skills shar
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Analytical mind
Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities
Ensuring workforce demand and capacity are met.
Working with the head of service delivery to ensure clear forecasted demand and capacity across all specialties.
Establishing an outbound recruitment function (internal head-hunters).
Formulating business strategy with others in the executive team.
Implementing efficient processes and standards.
Designing policies that align with overall strategy.
Ensuring staff happiness and retention.
Ensure compliance, and lead quality assurance efforts.
Set KPIs and incentive structures for the team.
Help in the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
Working with the marketing team to effectively promote the organization to potential clinical staff.
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Reporting to executive team on operational performance, suggesting improvements and actioning this
