Our client is currently looking for a Handyman to undertake various jobs on a number of residential properties. We are looking for a general all-round Handyman to join our team to work within a busy team. You will be working on individual jobs carrying out general repairs and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service. The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast-changing work environment and must be efficient & organized with the ability to priorities workload. You would initially be looking after a small holding in Stock and a large house in Oulton Broad near Lowestoft and a couple of small flats near Billericay. Generally we are looking for a grounds type person in the summer and Painter Decorator come handyman in Winter.
Ideally, you will need to have the ability to confidently carry out a variety of the below tasks:
Ground maintenance and Painting and Decorating
Handyman Duties
What you need to have:
Ideally, domestic, housing experience
A relevant trade qualification or "on the job" experience
Full driving licence
