We are currently looking for Facilities Assistant for a permanent position in Rotherham.
Immediate starts available (subject to an interview process).
This will be working within our client's Facilities Management Team, providing assistance in a wide range of activites, ensuring that the general appearance of all buildings and surrounding areas are maintained and kept in good order.
This will include:
* Painting using both spray painting equipment, rollers and brushes
* Ground maintenance to roads and paths on site
* Grass cutting and general gardening maintenance
* Basic repairs to woodwork around site
* Roof repairs
* Basic plumbing repairs
The successful candidate will be required to use a wide range of tools and equipment, which will include hand tools, power tools, portable and static machinery, scaffolding, fork lift trucks, cherry pickers, JCB excavator, concrete power screeder etc.
Experience using such equipment would be advantageous although training will be provided where necessary.
Must have a full UK driving licence as driving company veichles will be necessary.
Salary is between £18,360 and £22,500 per annum (Depending on experience and skill set).
