Dutton's are currently looking for a chef to assist for a client of ours in an exciting, fast paced Bistro and Deli environment.

The right candidate would be required to work in all aspects of the business including the busy outside catering side of the business.

The job offers huge variety from the day to day cooking using locally sourced ingredients to fine dining bistro evenings to producing savouries and sweets for the deli.



The candidate will also be able to:



-run/work within a team effectively

-Support the Head Chef and General Manager

-Produce menu items and specials to a high standard

-Show a great work ethic

-Work closely with the front of house team to provide an excellent customer service

-Maintain high cleaning standards

Qualifications required:

City and Guides diploma in professional cookery or equivalent * Health and safety and food hygiene certificates
