A Business Development Manager for a permanent position in Sutton in Ashfield.
Immediate start available.
This will be working with a specialist engineering client who specialise in producing aluminium products from the Impact Extrusion process
Responsibilities will include:
- Executing a 3 year growth plan to achieve EBITDA expectations
- Develop relationships both external with the customer base, as well as internally at board level and across the wider business.
- Build, maintain and nurture long standing relationships with new and existing customers
- Gather market intelligence and customer insight to execute the Sales Strategy and ensure competitor advantage
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- An engaging style with the ability to work cross functionally with the internal sales, operational and NPD teams
- A detailed understanding of manufacturing and engineering principles and the ability to read technical drawings
- A consultative approach to work collaboratively with customers on engineering requests ensuring technical and commercial solutions are met.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop successful customer relationships
- Ability to travel globally and be flexible to the needs of the role
An engineering background is essential.
