Dutton Recruitment currently have a permanent position within our Sheffield Head Office for an Administrator Assistant position, reporting into Senior Credit Controller.
Key responsibilities:
-Dealing with 5 Self billing systems for various clients
-Credit checking new clients
-Sending out and retrieving Terms of Business
-Setting up new accounts
-checking details of returning accounts
-Inputting information onto an internal system
-Keeping track of second tier invoices
-Sending out weekly Invoices
-creating invoices for our Payroll only clients
-Creating a monthly spreadsheet for our biggest offshore client
-Running monthly statements
-Working across all group companies as required
Skills required:
-Microsoft Excel experience
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Fast learner
-Organised
-Able to prioritise
