Dutton are currently looking for a University Administrator to work in Sheffield City Centre.

3 month+ contract starting immediately & paying £9.47 per hour.

The post responsibilities will include:

* Provide PA support, including diary and e-mail management to members of the Faculty Leadership Team
* Organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders, taking responsibility for UK and International travel arrangements and support for meetings as required
* Act as first point of contact for stakeholders and their visitors
* Dissemination of internal communications on behalf of members of the Faculty Leadership Team
* Support for projects being undertaken by members of the Faculty Leadership Team





Key Experience and Attributes for the role will include:

* Working independently, including planning and prioritising own workload
* Dealing with conflicting deadlines and supporting multiple members of the Faculty Leadership Team
* Being proactive, and showing initiative to find out information for members of the Faculty Leadership and building up key contacts
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages



The person will be working in a small team, in the Harmer building of the main City Campus but may be required to work in other building across the campus infrequently.
