Administrative support - Temporary

Dutton Recruitment are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to assist the management team and contractors on site. Main Purpose of Job: To assist with the smooth running of the Company by carrying out tasks as required. Key Tasks: * To keep filing up to date for all departments. * To carry out Reception duties including greeting visitors from time to time and answering the telephone. * To use the computer in producing documents on MS Office as required. * To input data onto the company I.T system(s). * Carry out I.T duties, liaising with external support as required. General Duties: * To implement all Company policies and procedures - in particular Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Policy and procedures and also Human Resources. * To uphold the good name of the Company, behaving appropriately on and off the premises and to network informally. * To establish and maintain positive relationships with others, and project a high standard of professionalism. * Any other duties within the purpose, scope and spirit of the post as may be required from time to time

Salary:
£8.00 - £10.00 per annum
