Meet Hannah!

Dutton International are delighted to introduce the wonderful woman who will be heading our new venture up in Preston, Hannah Warren. Hannah not only brings with her 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry, she has also successfully managed her own Healthcare Recruitment Agency for 3 years, during which Hannah won Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014, and Director of the Year in 2015; fantastic achievements both ourselves and Hannah are incredibly proud of.

Hannah has expressed her feelings on her new venture:

"I'm very excited about the opportunity here at Dutton International, and what 2016 can hold for the new Preston branch"

In her 8 years in recruitment Hannah has worked in both in-house and agency environments so she understands the importance of making the right hire within a business, dealing with both temporary staffing and permanent placements. As Branch Manager Hannah will be responsible for the opening of the Preston branch and establishing a strong presence in the area. With this she [?] to promote Dutton International as a key player in healthcare recruitment services across the North West. In time Hannah plans to recruit, mentor and lead a team of successful consultants in becoming one of the companies most successful branches.

Operations Director Adam Sheekey said:

"It is very exciting to be opening a new branch and to be moving in to the North West area"

Initially, the office will be covering predominantly Preston and surrounding areas for temporary recruitment and will be Dutton International’s central branch for all permanent healthcare recruitment with nationwide coverage from our office. Primarily the branch will be working closely with the clients we already have affiliations and contracts with and will develop on this, introducing new clients all over the region.

Looking towards the bright future of the Preston office, Hannah tells us about her plans within the branch...

“Within 12 months I would like to have increased the headcount to 6 and grown organically, specialising in both temporary and permanent divisions in healthcare with the prospect of moving into different sectors, such as Engineering should we find the right Consultants to come on board with the relevant experience.”
